Registration, insurance, inspections, services and fuel for each vehicle. You get a warning before a deadline passes or when a service is due by mileage.
Equipment
Inventory numbers, condition, who has what, and inspection dates, with a warning before they expire.

Each firefighter's training and qualifications, with a warning before they expire.

Where your data lives and who can see it
Your department's data stays in the EU and is visible only to its members.
Hosted in Germany
Data is stored in Hetzner's data center in Falkenstein.
Separate data
Each department has its own space and sees only its own data.
Roles and permissions
Every member answers call-outs and logs interventions, fuel and services, and can correct their own entries for 48 hours. An operations lead runs the dispatch board and corrects other people's records. An administrator manages members, roles, the roster, vehicles and equipment. Roles combine, and the account owner is always an administrator.
Nightly backups
The database is backed up automatically every night.

Frequently asked questions
Is my data secure?
Data is stored in a data center in Germany, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and each department sees only its own data. The database is backed up automatically every night.
Can I use the app on mobile?
Yes. FireCustos runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install.
Which languages are supported?
Croatian, Bosnian, English and German.
How long does setup take?
Signing up takes a few minutes, and entering the basics about your department, firefighters and vehicles takes about 15 minutes. If your data is already in spreadsheets, get in touch and we will help you import it.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your records to CSV, Excel or PDF at any time.
What if I want to cancel?
There is no contract. Export your data before you leave, and we will delete your department's data on request.
